Juan B. López iba en bicicleta a revisar varias redes de Pesca cuando, al acercarse al lugar, vio tres figuras bajas, de espaldas a él y aparentemente mirando el agua.
Las figuras tenían unos cuatro pies (1,2 m) de altura y vestían ropa ajustada de color gris y blanco. Pensando que eran niños, pedaleaba para probar las redes.
En el camino de regreso de las redes, volvió a ver figuras bajas de pie en el mismo lugar. Todavía pensando que eran niños, se acercó a ellos y les reprendió. De repente, los tres se dieron la vuelta para mirarlo al unísono.
Se sorprendió al ver que una luz roja brillante salía de sus ojos. Los tres eran idénticos y tenían un cabello rubio raro. Eran delgados, con brazos largos y delgados, sus cabezas eran un poco más grandes que las normales, con una nariz pequeña y un corte como la boca.
El testigo entró en pánico e intentó huir, pero un día tropezó y escuchó una voz en su cabeza diciéndole que se detuviera para no tener miedo. Finalmente pudo recuperar la compostura y abandonó el lugar.
Otros han tenido avistamientos de extrañas bolas brillantes en el mismo lugar.

Juan B Lopez was bicycling on his way to check some fishing nets, when as he neared the area he saw three short figures standing with their backs to him, apparently looking at the water. The figures were about 4-feet tall, and wore a tight fitting gray-white outfit. Thinking they were children he pedaled on to check on the nets. On his way back from the nets he again saw the short figures standing on the same spot. Still thinking they were children he approached them and reprimanded them. Suddenly all three figures turned around to look at him in unison. He was stunned to see that a red bright light came out of their eyes. All three were identical, and had sparse blondish white hair. They were thin, with long skinny arms, their heads were a bit larger than normal, with a small nose and slit like mouth. The witness panicked and attempted to flee but stumbled once, and heard a voice in his head telling him to stop, not to be afraid. He was finally able to regain his composure and left the area. Others had seeing strange balls of light in the same area.
