Juan B. Lopez was riding his bicycle to check some fishing nets when, as he approached the spot, he saw three small figures standing with their backs to him, apparently looking out at the water.
The figures were about four feet (1.2 m) tall and were dressed in tight gray-and-white clothing. Thinking they were children, he pedaled to check the nets.
On the way back from the nets, he saw the small figures standing in the same place again. Still thinking they were children, he approached them and reprimanded them. Suddenly, all three of them turned to look at him in unison.
He was stunned to see that a bright red light came out of their eyes. All three were identical and had sparse blonde hair. They were thin, with long, skinny arms, and their heads were slightly larger than normal, with a small nose and a slit like a mouth.
The witness panicked and tried to run, but one day he stumbled and heard a voice in his head telling him to stop so as not to be afraid. Finally, he was able to regain his composure and left the place.
Others have had sightings of strange glowing orbs in the same place.

The figures were about 4-feet tall, and wore a tight fitting gray-white outfit. Thinking they were children he pedaled on to check on the nets. On his way back from the nets he again saw the short figures standing on the same spot. Still thinking they were children he approached them and reprimanded them. Suddenly all three figures turned around to look at him in unison. He was stunned to see that a red bright light came out of their eyes. All three were identical, and had sparse blondish white hair. They were thin, with long skinny arms, their heads were a bit larger than normal, with a small nose and slit like mouth. The witness panicked and attempted to flee but stumbled once, and heard a voice in his head telling him to stop, not to be afraid. He was finally able to regain his composure and left the area. Others had seeing strange balls of light in the same area.
