Zinaida Gavrilova salió a caminar por un sendero forestal en las afueras de la ciudad cuando vio una columna de humo justo delante de ella.
Cuando el humo se disipó, apareció el contorno de una figura humana que resultó ser una mujer de unos 3 metros de altura, vestida de negro, con una luz brillante en el área del pecho. La mujer repitió tres veces:
"Vas a venir conmigo".
En ese momento, Zinaida perdió el conocimiento y, después de aproximadamente media hora, se recuperó con vagos recuerdos de haber ido a algún lugar con una mujer gigante. Más tarde, mientras estaba hipnotizada, recordó haber viajado a bordo de un OVNI a un planeta lejano. En este planeta, se encontró caminando por una larga calle blanca salpicada de muchos edificios blancos con barras en la parte superior. La mujer le informa que está en un planeta llamado "Kuili".

A thin luminous line connected them. From one, a luminous beam of light came out and struck the witness on his head. It felt to Maxim as a brick had struck him. Soon he heard a voice in his head, “Attention! We speak from the ship of Kuili”. At this point he apparently lost consciousness. Also in the same time period, M S from Kemrovskaya province remembered being transported to another planet where he found himself in a large gray city. He was led around the city by a very tall thin humanoid, with enormous shiny almond shaped eyes. The humanoid tells the witness to ask where he is from, the witness does and he is told, “I am from the city of Kuili”. Another witness, I B Artikova from Novokuznetsk recalls hearing a loud voice in her head dictating information, which was mostly incomprehensible; she did remember the voice mentioning a place or city called “Kuili”.
