Zinaida Gavrilova went for a walk along a forest path on the outskirts of the city, when she saw a column of smoke right in front of her.
When the smoke cleared, the outline of a human figure appeared, which turned out to be a woman about 3 meters tall, dressed in black, with a bright light in the chest area. The woman repeated it three times:
"You're coming with me."
At that moment, Zinaida lost consciousness and after about half an hour came to her senses with vague memories that she had gone somewhere with a giant woman. Later, while under hypnosis, she recalled traveling aboard a UFO to a distant planet. On this planet, she found herself walking down a long white street dotted with many white buildings with bars at the top. The woman informs her that she is on a planet called "Quili".
The sky above the Kuili was strange, seemingly illuminated by artificial light. The sun's disk was not visible. She had the impression that she was on an artificial planet.
Around the same time, second-grader Maxim Vologdin from Shchelkino in the Crimea suddenly woke up in the middle of the night and went to the window, looking out, he saw two spheres hovering over the house. A thin line of light connected them.
A bright beam of light came out of one of them and hit the witness on the head. Maxim felt as if he had been hit with a brick. Soon, he heard a voice in his head:
"Attention! We're speaking from Kuili's ship."
At that moment, he apparently lost consciousness.
At the same time, M. S. from the Kemrov region recalled how he was transferred to another planet, where he found himself in a large gray city. He was being led around the city by a very tall, thin humanoid with huge, shiny, almond-shaped eyes.
The humanoid asks the witness to ask where he is from, the witness asks, and he is told:
"I'm from the city of Quili."
Another witness, Artykova I. B. from Novokuznetsk, recalls hearing a loud voice in her head dictating information that was mostly incomprehensible. She did remember a voice mentioning a place or city called "Quili".
