Un testigo, un hombre llamado I. G. paseaba a su perro en el parque Fili, ubicado a unos 100 metros de la carretera rublevsky. Su perro de repente se escapó y el hombre sintió una fuerza imparable que lo llevó al centro del parque.
Caminó unos 15 metros y vio a su perro saltar entre los árboles. Mirando hacia el cielo, vio algo volar muy rápido sobre él.
Luego sintió un temblor y los pensamientos se mezclaron en su cabeza, como si estuviera bajo alguna influencia. Luego vio un enorme objeto en forma de arco o en forma de herradura, que medía entre 25 y 30 metros, moviéndose rápidamente sobre los árboles a una altura muy baja. Lo siguió y vio que el objeto ralentizaba y descendía hacia el bosque.
Su perro corrió hacia el objeto, atraído por la luz. El hombre también corrió a toda velocidad hacia el lugar de aterrizaje.
Encontró a su perro cerca de un muñón que olía algo.
Al mismo tiempo, vio dos humanoides. Eran más altos que el testigo, de unos 1,8-2,0 metros, vestidos con un mono azul marino. Ambos alienígenas estaban uno frente al otro, a mitad de camino hacia el testigo. Los extraterrestres tenían agujeros en lugar de orejas, los dedos eran largos y huesudos, la piel mate y Lisa, el cabello corto y suavemente recortado.
Logró hablar con humanoides que hablaban sin mover los labios, aparentemente usando telepatía. Los humanoides le dijeron:
"Aterrizamos en tu bosque. Necesitamos averiguar qué tipo de campo de fuerza está afectando nuestra nave desde el Suelo en el área. No te lastimaremos, solo verificamos la presencia de fuerzas poderosas en estos campos.”
Agregaron que llegaron allí "desde el otro lado del mundo". Hoy trabajaremos un poco, y luego volaremos hacia el Norte".
El testigo preguntó:
"¿Eres de una civilización extraterrestre?”
La respuesta telepática fue la siguiente:
"Nuestra civilización es como la tuya. Estamos muy cerca, pero no hay nada más que podamos decirte. El tiempo de contacto no es ahora. Entramos en contacto frecuente con diferentes personas de su planeta y el "sistema" que no nos trae complicaciones futuras".
El extraterrestre le prometió al testigo que curaría a su hermana enferma y le dijo que todavía se encontrarían. El testigo respondió que estaba listo, pero aún desconfiaba de ellos. El extraterrestre respondió:
"No hay que tener miedo, no usamos ningún arma en tales situaciones".
El testigo dijo entonces que quería ir a casa, que su esposa probablemente lo estaba esperando. Los alienígenas se quedaron quietos por un tiempo, y luego se dirigieron a la luz brillante que se veía detrás de los árboles. El testigo miró su reloj electrónico, pero no funcionó, luego, a un paso muy rápido, sin mirar bajo sus pies, el testigo se dirigió directamente a su casa, como si fuera conducido por una fuerza invisible. His dog suddenly ran away and the man felt an irresistible force carry him to the middle of the park. He walked about 15 meters and saw his dog jumping between trees. Looking up to the sky he saw something fly very fast above him. He then felt a tremor and thoughts mixed in his head, as if under some kind of influence. He then saw a huge arc or horseshoe shaped object, about 25-30 meters in size, quickly move over the trees at a very low altitude. He followed it and saw the object slow down and descends into the forest. His dog began running towards the object, attracted by the light. The man also ran at top speed towards the landing site. He found his dog near a stump sniffing at something. Simultaneously he saw two humanoids. They were taller than the witness, about 1.8 to 2.0 meters, dressed in dark blue overalls. Both aliens stood facing each other, half turned towards the witness. Aliens had openings instead of ears, and their fingers were long and bony, their skin was matt and smooth, and their hair short and evenly cut. I.G. succeeded in having a conversation with the humanoids, which spoke without moving their lips apparently using telepathy. The humanoids told him, “We landed in your forest. We need to find out what type of force field influences our craft from under the ground in this area.” “We will not hurt you; we are just checking the presence of powerful forces in these fields.” They added that they had arrived there from “the other side of the world.” “Today we will work some and then fly northward”. I.G. then asked, “Are you from an extraterrestrial civilization?” The telepathic answer was the following, “Our civilization is similar to yours. We are very close but we cannot tell you anything more. The time of contact is not now. We enter into frequent contacts with different people of your planet and “system” that do not bring us future complications”. The alien promised the witness that he would cure his sick sister and told him that they would meet again. The witness answered that he was ready but was still apprehensive of them. The alien answered, “No need to be afraid we don’t use any weapons in such situations”. The witness then said that he wanted to go home, that his wife was probably waiting for him. The aliens stood still for awhile and then walked towards the bright visible behind the trees. The witness glanced at his electronic watch but it was not working, then at a very quick pace without looking at his feet the witness walked directly to his house as if being guided by an invisible force. He remembered that during the walk he never looked back and ignored everyone else in the street. He found his dog near the porch. He never visited the park again and was reportedly ready to submit to a hypnotic regression to confirm the encounter.
