The witness, a man named I. G., was walking his dog in Fili Park, located about 100 meters from Rublevsky Highway. His dog suddenly ran away, and the man felt an irresistible force carry him into the middle of the park.
He walked about 15 meters and saw his dog jumping between the trees. Looking up at the sky, he saw something fly over him very quickly.
Then he felt a tremor, and the thoughts were mixed up in his head, as if under some influence. Then he saw a huge arc-shaped or horseshoe-shaped object, about 25-30 meters in size, moving rapidly over the trees at a very low altitude. He followed it and saw that the object was slowing down and descending into the forest.
His dog ran towards the object, attracted by the light. The man also ran at full speed to the landing site.
He found his dog near a tree stump, sniffing something.
At the same time, he saw two humanoids. They were taller than the witness, about 1.8-2.0 meters, dressed in dark blue overalls. The two newcomers were facing each other, half-turned to the witness. The aliens had holes instead of ears, long and bony fingers, dull and smooth skin, and short, straight-cropped hair.
He managed to talk to the humanoids, who spoke without moving their lips, apparently using telepathy. The humanoids told him:
“We have landed in your forest. We need to find out what type of force field is affecting our ship from underground in this area. We are not going to harm you, we are just checking for the presence of powerful forces in these fields.”
They added that they had arrived there “from the other side of the world." We'll do some work today, and then we'll fly north."
The witness asked:
"Are you from an extraterrestrial civilization?”
The telepathic response was as follows:
"Our civilization is similar to yours. We are very close, but we can't tell you anything else. The contact time is not now. We come into frequent contact with various people of your planet and the "system", which do not bring us future complications."
The alien promised the witness that he would cure his sick sister, and told him that they would meet again. The witness replied that he was ready, but was still afraid of them. The alien replied:
“No need to be afraid, we don't use any weapons in such situations.”
The witness then said that he wanted to go home, that his wife was probably waiting for him. The newcomers stood still for a moment, then moved toward the bright light that could be seen through the trees. The witness glanced at his digital watch, but it didn't work, and then, with a very quick step, without looking at the ground, the witness went straight to his house, as if led by an invisible force. He remembered that he hadn't looked back once during the walk and hadn't paid attention to everyone else on the street.
He found his dog near the porch. He never visited the park again and was rumored to be willing to undergo hypnotic regression to confirm the encounter.

The witness glanced at his electronic watch but it was not working, then at a very quick pace without looking at his feet the witness walked directly to his house as if being guided by an invisible force. He remembered that during the walk he never looked back and ignored everyone else in the street. He found his dog near the porch. He never visited the park again and was reportedly ready to submit to a hypnotic regression to confirm the encounter.
