El testigo viajaba en un autobús público con su padre cuando el auto entró en San Antonio.Puente sobre el río Orizaba. Miró por la ventana y vio una figura muy baja de unos 1,20 m de altura, muy delgada, con piel gris, con un mono negro ajustado y en la cara con enormes ojos negros, sin cejas, que parecía que estaba en cuclillas y con la mano derecha bebiendo agua del río.
El testigo se sorprendió al ver al extraño humanoide y sintió que el humanoide sentía que estaba siendo observado, ya que inmediatamente giró la cabeza y miró directamente al testigo. El testigo cerró los ojos, pero segundos después aún podía ver la cara del humanoide.
Sentado junto al testigo, el pasajero también vio al humanoide. Pero más tarde, en la estación de autobuses, un testigo le preguntó sobre lo que habían visto, pero otro testigo parecía haberse olvidado del episodio.

Summary: The witness was traveling on a public bus with his father and as the car drove onto the San Antonio Bridge over the Orizaba River he looked out the window to see a very short figure about 1.20m in height, very thin and with gray skin, it wore a tight-fitting black coverall and had a face with huge black eyes, lacking eyebrows, that seemed to be crouching down and drinking water from the river with its right hand. The witness was surprised upon seeing the strange humanoid and felt that the humanoid felt he was being watched, since it immediately turned its head and looked straight at the witness. The witness closed his eyes but could still see the humanoid’s face for a few seconds later. The passenger sitting next to the witness also saw the humanoid. But later at the bus terminal the witness asked him about what they had seen, but the other witness seemed to have forgotten the episode, and could barely remember that he had seen something anomalous in nature.
