The witness was traveling on a public bus with his father when the car entered San Antonio.Bridge over the Orizaba River. He looked out of the window and saw a very short figure, about 1.20 m tall, very thin, with gray skin, wearing a tight black jumpsuit and a face with huge black eyes, without eyebrows, that looked like he was squatting down and drinking water from the river with his right hand.

The witness was surprised to see the strange humanoid, and felt that the humanoid sensed that he was being watched, as he immediately turned his head and looked directly at the witness. The witness closed his eyes, but a few seconds later he could still see the humanoid's face.

The passenger sitting next to the witness also saw the humanoid. But later at the bus station, a witness asked him about what they had seen, but another witness seemed to have forgotten about the episode.

The witness was surprised upon seeing the strange humanoid and felt that the humanoid felt he was being watched, since it immediately turned its head and looked straight at the witness. The witness closed his eyes but could still see the humanoid’s face for a few seconds later. The passenger sitting next to the witness also saw the humanoid. But later at the bus terminal the witness asked him about what they had seen, but the other witness seemed to have forgotten the episode, and could barely remember that he had seen something anomalous in nature.
