Luz blanca inusual a gran altura, muy rápido con"? Disfraz?"Oportunidades y maniobras en la fecha y hora especificadas, mi esposa y su familia estábamos esperando un espectáculo de fuegos artificiales en el centro comercial Ayala Mall en la ciudad de Cebú, Cebú, Filipinas.
Nos sentamos en el campo sin obstáculos para el cielo, el clima estaba despejado, sin nubes. Los fuegos artificiales no se usaron ni se programaron durante otros 30 minutos, por lo que no fue posible confundirlos con ningún otro objeto. Mientras miraba las estrellas, noté una luz blanca brillante que se movía desde el horizonte, que estaba hacia el oeste y se dirigía hacia el este.
Parecía muy alto en el cielo y se movía bastante rápido para esa altura. Se lo dije a mi esposa, que miró hacia arriba y vio la luz. En el momento en que lo reconoció, desapareció unos 3 segundos después del Flash y reapareció más abajo en la misma trayectoria de vuelo.
Cuando lo hizo, ella le pidió a su familia que lo viera, volvió a estallar y apareció dos veces más. Luego estalló y reapareció después de girar 90 grados y se dirigió hacia el sur. Se encendió y apareció tres veces, y estaba en el borde de los árboles al sur de nosotros.
El evento completo duró treinta segundos y abarcó la distancia desde el lejano horizonte occidental hasta el cielo muy cercano al centro sobre nosotros y luego al lejano horizonte sur.
Soy estadounidense, trabajo cerca del aeropuerto internacional y de la base aérea naval. La velocidad fue notable, al igual que el Flash y los factores de extinción/aparición.

Summary: Unusual white light at high altitude, very fast with ‘?cloaking?’ capabilities, and maneuvers On the date and time given, I, my wife, and her family were waiting for the fireworks at Ayala Mall, in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. We were sitting in a field with no obstruction of the sky and the weather was clear with no clouds. The fireworks were not being used and were not scheduled for another 30 minutes, so no confusion with any other object was possible. As I was looking at the stars i noticed a bright white light moving from the horizon which was the west heading eastward. It appeared to be very high in the sky and was moving quite fast for the altitude. I mentioned it to my wife who looked up and saw the light. At that time when she acknowledged it , it disappeared for about 3 seconds after a flash and reappeared further along in the same path of flight. When it did this she told her family to look, it did the flash again and reappeared two more times. It then flashed and reappeared after what seemed a be 90 degree turn and headed south. It flashed and reappeared three times and was at the tree line to our south. The complete event occurred within thirty seconds and covered the distance of the far westward horizon to very close to the center of sky above us, then to the far southern horizon. I am American in Law Enforcement and work near an international airport and Naval Air Station. The speed was quite remarkable as well as the flash and disappearing/reappearing factors.
