From an eyewitness:
Moving North on highway 12, at about 19:30 - 19:35, I noticed in the sky stationary ring.
The object of interest, and we began to track it. We went nearby to find the "source" on earth and stumbled upon a small Park (Wexford Park, Madison, Wi) where we parked almost under the object itself.
The object was metallic in color, absolutely motionless and silent.
Its metal surface was darker in color and slightly glistened in the rays of the setting sun. We looked around and saw several children on bicycles passing by, which didn't seem to notice anything unusual.
