Very bright white or yellowish circular object was observed in the sky at an angle of about 45 degrees and it seemed fixed.
All observers indicate that the light/object was very bright. It was also visible on ground radar, and the radar observer said the object was moving very slowly.
The object was described as orange size the size of a basketball, which is held at a distance beatnuts hands. The object was observed visually for about 10 minutes and was observed on radar for approximately 20 minutes.
There was no air traffic, or known release of a balloon nearby.
Among the observers were two members of the Air police and the operator of the Tower Kontol.
