The oval-shaped flying object approached a car travelling between broad Hinton and cliff Pipard in Wiltshire, England.
At the closest approach, it was between 150 and 300 feet (45-90 m). It had a group of very bright, strobe-like lights that illuminated the ground.
UFO made a V-shaped turn, and then stopped at the water tower before departure. It made no noise.
