The motorist stopped in a scenic area and saw a bright pulsing light crossing his field of vision at eye level.
As it approached, it saw that its light was pulsing every two seconds. He could bend down and see that the light was falling on a disk-shaped object with a shiny rotating top and dark underside. He disappeared from view after about 2-3 minutes.

Summary: A motorist stopped at a scenic overlook saw a bright pulsating light crossing his line of vision at eye level. As it neared he could see that its light was pulsating every two seconds. He could bow see that the light was on a disc-shaped object with shiny domed top that was revolving and dark underside. It passed out of sight in about 2-3 minutes.
