A man walking down the street looked up and saw a strange creature flying level with the tops of some nearby buildings.
It resembled a large flying dog with wings, had a long muzzle and four legs with a tail and large eyes, and was dark in color. It flapped its wings very slowly and disappeared from sight behind the buildings.
