A teenage boy named Alex Lemkin was walking in a local park and saw what he thought was a small six-year-old girl who was acting very strangely.
I thought the girl was lost. He walked over to her and was stunned to see that the girl had albino skin and long hair of the same color.
As he watched, the girl suddenly turned into dozens of small lights. At this point, the witness apparently lost consciousness and could not remember anything else.
The next thing he knew, he was lying on the grass with several unexplained scars on his back.
