Returning home by bike. I saw a bright blue light slowly streaming far above my head.
We watched for 30 seconds before the light disappeared, then reappeared and disappeared again. In my opinion, the light was too bright to be an airplane, and too slow to be a shooting star.

Summary: Returning home via bicycle. Saw a bright blue light slowly streaking far overhead. Observed for 30 seconds before the light vanished, then reappeared once more and vanished once again. The light was in my opinion far too bright to be an aircraft, and too slow to be a shooting star.
