Initial data
Two construction workers from Pennsylvania met again with this winged monster. They were driving on a rainy night on a forest road, it was prosaic and ordinary. Suddenly men saw a large creature flying out from the trees. 32-year-old Roland Westley, who was sitting next to the driver, immediately grabbed my smartphone and took a picture of the mysterious animal through the windshield of the car. Fortunately, the beast is perfectly imprinted in the picture. Author image I am convinced that he managed to fix it the legendary "devil." Pennsylvania is West of new Jersey, and it is possible that monster on a time left his usual dwelling place.
The photo shows clearly that the creature has leathery, bat-like wings and long horns on the head.
Westley says:
"We were returning home from Philadelphia, but no longer remember exactly where I was driving in. Me and my friend were in the car and we saw something like a huge vulture. However, despite the twilight and the rain, it was clear that this is no bird and certainly not a bat. I quickly pulled out my phone and took a picture of this animal. It was frightening mystically enchanting, and we felt great relief when it crossed the road and disappeared somewhere over the forest, without causing us any harm. However, my friend then added gas, we hurried to get out of the cursed place as soon as possible".

Hypotheses
Капля (или загрязнение) на объективе или стекле
Often it's a small point on the photos, like hovering metal ball. At least - this is quite a big blur. Color, brightness and the presence of a highlight depends on the color of the reflected light source, background shooting and drop form.
Shape, color and density of pollution may vary depending on the source of the contamination and its nature. This can be as a desired pattern on the glass, and random.
