August 15, 1990. At night, near the village of Bogatyr at the foot of the Zhiguli Mountains, a group of Samara ufologists observed glowing balls slowly flying over the Volga.

A single ball with a barely noticeable "tail" was moving ahead, and nine more similar objects followed it. The balloons gradually melted into the air.
