April 20, 1990. Omsk, Fugenfirova str. At one o'clock in the morning, the witness saw a rounded body with a yellowish halo emitting five bright bluish-green rays.

The body was at an altitude of about 100 meters and was moving at a speed of about 15 km/h. The object hovered at a height of 6 meters, then flew away, leaving a trail of rays on the ground. Then the trail dissipated.
