With the right perspective, survey boats and other similar objects from a significant distance (e.g., from the airplane), as in the photo and the video can be represented as shooting celestial objects. Especially good the picture is completed in the frame of the cloud.
So it could be night shots of glowing lights and their clusters - i.e., for example, fishing boats.
Investigation
It can be assumed that this is some kind of structure located on the surface of the earth and reflecting the light of the sun (metal or glass surface).
