In August 1989, at the intersection of the 20th anniversary of October and Koltsovskaya Streets, a silver object resembling a plate with a dome lid hovered over the building of polyclinic No. 6. Lights of all colors of the rainbow shone on the body of the object.
The plate hung motionless for about half an hour, then moved in different directions, drawing the shape of a cross, and flew away.
