The ribbon crossed Ivanovskaya Street and Krasnye Zor Boulevard and moved over Babushkin and Sedov Streets, Shelgunov and Chernov. Here the Tape stopped, after a second it curled into a "Bracelet" (And all the lights turned out to be on the outside of the "bracelet"). Hanging in the air, "the bracelet was still for a second, and then began to rotate (around its invisible axis) like a running spinning top.

This phenomenon was similar to a circus performance in the air, at an altitude of I-2 kilometers from the ground and took only 18 minutes of time.

The sky that night was bright, transparent, without a single cloud, and the dark fiery ribbon in the Sky was particularly clearly visible.

Whether the "fire ribbon" has any connection with the second event that happened in the same neighborhood, 6 months later, I cannot judge, but I will write about it anyway.

On February 8, 1985, on Friday (on a day off), along the streets of Ivanovsvaya, Obukhovskaya Oborona Ave., Babushkina, Sedova, Shelgunov, Chernova, Alexandrovskaya Farm and Troitsky Field to the Bolshevik plant, the heating system failed in one day in 90 houses. Batteries and pipes exploded. Hot streams of water poured down the walls of apartments of residential buildings, maternity hospitals and hospitals, Grocery stores and department stores and flooded basements.

But the new batteries gushed out of all their seams, and had to be replaced again. Workers froze and caught colds, residents of houses disconnected from heating froze and fell ill from hypothermia. Huge losses have been caused to the State and the population (the Nevsky Department Store is still closed, in separate sections

some houses still have not been repaired), and the frost every night and in the morning is 20 and 22 degrees in our area.

Every day, newspapers and radio, from morning to evening, report on troubles and sabotage in overseas countries located many thousands of kilometers away from us, but none of the newspapers mentioned a single word about our troubles.
