After reading your article in the newspaper "trud" under the heading "Exactly at 4.10", I decided to write about what I saw.

It was on the night of January 27-28. We work as drivers in the PDRSU-1 of Leningrad.

We were on duty that night. Detour of the highway.

Getting out of the car, we looked at the starry sky. I noticed a greenish ray that looked like a needle. In the clear sky, he looked mysterious. We watched for 5 minutes, but the beam froze and did not move. We had a smoke and continued to observe this phenomenon. after 3 minutes, literally before our eyes, a second similar ray appeared, similar to the first, and what is most interesting, the rays did not connect with each other, i.e. there was a void between them.

We did not observe a UFO, which was described in the article.

If it happened over Tallinn on this particular night, then we were direct witnesses of this phenomenon.

For example, through the Gulf of Finland to Tallinn from us about 150 km. and the height of these rays was far from the surface of the earth. That's all we wanted to tell you. it is interesting what and how the commission will justify this phenomenon.
