Yesterday, February 13, this year) I was out of town in Tarasovka on the Yaroslavl highway (I live in Moscow myself). In the evening, around 21 o'clock, I was on the street, cleaning the snow, going for water and somehow suddenly looked up at the sky and suddenly over the roofs of the houses on the right side I saw (approximately towards the River station, Khimki) hanging a yellow, the size of a child's ball circle - dense, flickering.

I began to look closely and saw how the rays from this circle were being stretched from both sides. I walked down the street a few houses ahead (I thought something was behind the trees) and I see that this circle began to change - some kind of round, undulating, then green, then red, and then it turned yellow and turned pale (there was not a single passerby on the street at that moment with whom it was possible talk about it). And then I decided to look at this spot from my garden, as in the beginning. I walked two houses back. It was no longer visible behind the roofs. Returned about-

I look at the old place and look, it began to turn pale, and then a milky spot remained and disappeared (I believe that it was in motion and, judging by the location on the eye of objects (from the roof), it was at a low height. There could not be such a glow from the plane.

When planes fly by, lights are visible and audible at a distance of visibility of two (no more) kilometers, and this glow was many tens of kilometers away.

I never believe anything to anyone, and here I stood for 15 minutes. I came home at 20.55 and immediately drew on the newspaper.

I don't know what it was (there are no stars in the sky), and it's funny to compare it with a star, but it was something movable and luminous.
