Initial data
I am a former meteorologist and my habit of inspecting the sky is incorrectly professional.
I am Tatiana Konstantinovna Romanova, I work in a psychiatric hospital as an accountant, and I live on Kostromskaya Street (this is the left bank of the Volga). On January 27, 1981, at 18 o'clock, I went outside on household business. There was no precipitation at that moment, it was quiet, there were no clouds, in any case, it was not visible in this part of the sky.
In the area of the sky where the constellation Ursa Major is located, a new star caught my eye. She was not very high above the horizon, because the Big Dipper was not visible from behind the house.
The star was not bright, reddish in color. Above her was a crown, the shape of a peacock's loose tail, and the feathers were like an ostrich. Painted in white by a skilled artist.(the shapes were correct and beautiful).
From the star in both directions there was a white strictly flat strip, and above it ostrich feathers, strictly evenly spaced and I repeat again, were drawn by an artificial artist (I can not draw).
After a few minutes from the star in both directions, the doors began to open at the same time and neatly, and the failure turned out to be quite dark.
I watched for a short time for 5-7 minutes, then I got distracted. When I looked again, the star began to move to the east and descend to the horizon.
I went into the street and looked, the drawings began to disappear, the star was just above the horizon. I looked at the area of the big dipper, there were no clouds, the stars of the Big Dipper were shining brightly. I didn't hear a sound. Watched alone. I turned on the TV at exactly 21 o'clock, of course I didn't notice.
