Taranova Lyudm. Dmitry, the observer of MS Maksatikha.
The observation was conducted from 01 to 04 hours. The object was slowly shifting from Northwest to Northeast, the height of the upper edge was 75 °, the lower edge merged with the horizon. The apparent angular size is 40°. The shape and size did not change. The upper part of the object had the color of the moon, the lower part was fiery red with sparks on the sides. There was no sound.

Cloudless sky, GCC wind, wind speed - 4 m/sec, temperature - 10-8°, pressure - 765 mn, visibility 50 km.
The witness is Viktor Vasilyevich Zakharchenko, a fire protection worker.
