On the night of June 12, 1981, we were fishing in the bay. At the same time, they stood with their backs to the city. Volodya was on the shore. He shouted to us, pointing to the sky. We saw a bluish-green object rising away from the city. Then it hung for 5-6 min. and 4 dots separated from it as a whole. The upper point went out, as if an electric light bulb had been turned off. Then the object flew away and disappeared from sight.
