A letter to the Commission on AI from Savelyev M.S.:

It was, approximately, in 1947 or I948. It was a sunny, warm day. A white stripe suddenly appeared in the clear blue cloudless sky.

It stretched from horizon to horizon. The place there is flat and clearly visible.

This strip didn't look like the footprint of a modern jet plane. It was pure white, rounded. And now a spot crawled out on this strip, it was oval. There were 6 or 8 appendages on its sides, and this spot moved over the white stripe at a speed that allowed it to be clearly seen.

We were still shouting back then: "Look, the cockroach is running!" This spot ran several times from horizon to horizon, then disappeared, and after that the strip melted.

Elderly people were baptized by this "sign" and foreshadowed a new war.

It was in the village of Bada, Khiloksky district, Chita region. No sounds or noise were listened to at the same time.
