The man, who has not been named, noticed an unidentified spherical flying object trailing the plane in the sky over the Gloucestershire countryside. , twice.
The 52-year-old warehouse manager noticed an extraordinary sight recently in his garden in Staunton when he was not working due to Covid.
The man claims that in March 2022, he saw a silver sphere following a large plane, which he called a "strange experience."
He said:
"I wasn't at work because of Covid, but I wasn't too sick. That's why I was doing household chores. I went into the garden and put the laundry on the line. Then I heard a large plane the size of an airliner fly very low through the trees to the west, and I felt the air vibrate in my chest. The same vibration that you hear from a helicopter.
I looked up and saw that this 737-sized plane had banked sharply to the right, and there was a silver sphere behind it. I think the diameter is 10-20 feet. The sphere followed the plane right behind its tail. Then the plane turned right to left, the sphere broke off and flew to the right, disappearing into the clouds."
He said he stood with his mouth open for several minutes, trying to assess what he saw. He described the plane as white with a yellow tail fin.
