V.M. Lukin writes to the Commission on:
One summer, I don't remember exactly the year, but sometime in 1964-1968, I was walking up to my house late at night (at dusk). At that time, I lived in Holm, Novgorod region, on the high bank of the Lovat River. Suddenly I saw a bright star falling from the sky. It was unusual in color and size. In addition, she fell to the ground at a right angle. I thought it was probably a larger particle from outer space. And he began to watch her. To my surprise, this "asterisk" did not reach the ground, did not stop for a moment, flew in the opposite direction at the same high speed. i.e. into the sky. Then, in the sky, without slowing down or making any U-turn, she suddenly changed the direction of flight in a straight line along the earth to the west.
