Kudryashov N.S. writes to the Commission on:
I observed this phenomenon with my assistant from a shunting locomotive on the stationary tracks of Chernovskaya station during night duty when the locomotive was parked.
Weather conditions. I've already forgotten what the weather was like, but the sky was clear.
the direction of the objects is north-west.
I do not know how to determine the angular height, but the location of the "Big Dipper" was about this and the objects were moving not far from it from the side of the tail of the dipper.
I work as a locomotive engineer at the Chita locomotive depot, age 41.
My assistant, Peter Samoilovich Sholokhov, is also from the same depot, aged 40 years.
That night we worked with him together and observed this phenomenon together.
