I saw it in the restaurant on the roof of the Renartiss Isaakiy Hotel in St. Petersburg, Russia. It was visible for more than 30 minutes. I also took photos that I can share. Many guests saw it.

It was about noon and I was at the rooftop restaurant of the former luxury Renaissance Baltic Hotel in St. Petersburg, Russia. I saw this almost perfect oval dot of white color, which remained motionless in the sky most of the time. Many of the restaurant's guests noticed this as well. I remember that perhaps a little later it changed its position, but very slightly. However, after almost 30 minutes, it just disappeared. I also want to share some photos from my phone.

Time was around post noon, and I was at the rooftop restaurant at the former Renaissance Baltic luxury hotel in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Saw this white coloured almost perfect oval blip which remained static in the sky most of the time. Many guests at the restaurant saw this too. I remember that it probably changed its position a bit later but it was very insignificant. However, after almost 30 minutes, it just vanished. I also have a few photos from my phone to share.

The object may be reflected light or any light source. The type of source (lamp, lantern, lampshade, glare from the mirrors of any shape and .t.n.) and the type of reflective glass in the photo can be crosses, circles, objects bizarre.

Investigation
Most likely, this is a reflection in the glass of the ceiling lamp. We can observe the reflections of hands in this glass. On the hotel's website in the photo gallery, you can see that these are the spotlights that are used.
