Zhayan Vika writes to the Commission on:
I am a student of the 8th grade of the eight-year school in Karatal. In 1978. we were vacationing with our parents on the shore of the Sea of Azov in the Krasnodar Territory, in the village of Dolzhanskaya. And at 8 p.m., some strange figures began to appear against the background of a gray-brown cloud.
A pink thin strip, then suddenly began to display the figure of a man, then the figure of a dog or horse, or suddenly an image of a horseman on a horse appeared on a cloud.
Our whole family watched this strange picture with surprise, but it only lasted
minute 5-7.My mother said it was a mirage, and my grandmother said that in March 1941, before the war, there were images of crosses, people with weapons.
