On December 6, 1989 in Kiev, many people observed UFOs at 20-00 in the area of the Zhuliany airfield.
I observed the following phenomenon at 20-45, as shown in the picture. The east-west direction, corresponding to the sunrise in summer (I did not check the compass). At 21:00, nothing happened anymore.
