Chaika (14 years old) writes to the section on the study of AI at the NTO RES named after A.S. Popov:
On June 13, at 24-10, I went out on the balcony, just like that, to get some fresh air. There was silence around, I looked at the starry sky and suddenly I see a huge glowing ball flying smoothly from north to west, about 3 meters in diameter. He was very handsome, bright orange in color. He flew winking. I stood motionless for a minute, surprised, but then I remembered that we had a flashlight on the balcony. I thought if I started winking at them towards the ball. That's what I did.
The balloon apparently noticed this, it hovered in the middle of the sky, no longer winking.
He stood there for about a minute, and then instantly disappeared. I never saw him again.
