September 13, 1966. Astronaut Gordon observed an intergalactic shiny object that sparkled in the rays of the rising sun. This object approached the ship, flew along it, crossed its flight path and disappeared below.

It happened on the 18th revolution around the Earth, over the Indian Ocean.
