Initial data
A UFO was spotted in new York Scott C. Waring.
I was walking North on 10th Ave when I decided to take some pictures. I did not see not what strange, but when I saw these images a few hours at home, I found a few UFOs.
When I first saw these objects I thought they might have been the lights on the helicopter, but it was not dark enough, and the helicopter would be visible.

Hypotheses
Re-reflections in lens lenses from a strong light source
The lens consists of a set of lenses (in some lenses - of mirrors), designed for mutual compensation of aberrations and assembled into a single system.
From the contour light (bright light sources behind the subject or next to it), caught in the frame or located outside the frame, parasitic reflections from the internal elements of the lens are formed, called glare (or in slang "hares").
Investigation
Upon closer inspection, the first representation of the picture you can see how the translucent part of the left object blocks the fence on the roof and part of the wall of the house. This allows us to conclude that the object was in the foreground.
This, and the fact that the objects were only visible in the photographs, suggests that the reflection of light from some sources into the camera lens. These sources are easy to find by geometrical constructions.
Thus, the object is the reflection of light from the lamps in the lower part of the image in the camera lens.
