"I checked my camera to make sure the lens nothing",- the eyewitness wrote in his message to the world UFO network (MUFON) that evening.
After returning home, he was able to take a closer look that the sky was moving a strange object, consisting of a bright white balls.
According to a local resident, glowing orbs lined up in random order in a zig-zag cluster. On the photo they see a bright halo.
It could be a basestar, acceded to the young drones.
Thus, flying over the city invisible object that wants to hide from human view, was caught red-handed with the help of super-sensitive equipment.

Hypotheses
Re-reflections in lens lenses from a strong light source
The lens consists of a set of lenses (in some lenses - of mirrors), designed for mutual compensation of aberrations and assembled into a single system.
From the contour light (bright light sources behind the subject or next to it), caught in the frame or located outside the frame, parasitic reflections from the internal elements of the lens are formed, called glare (or in slang "hares").
Investigation
Based on the appearance of a halo around the object, we can clearly conclude that this is the highlight from the lantern in the frame.
