The photograph, sent 27 Nov 2016 worldwide UFO network (MUFON), you can see a strange circle formed by two rotating pairs of bright balls.
The picture was taken by a tourist, who in April this year, driving a car from California to Washington. Driving past the Cascade mountains, he took some pictures of the snow-capped volcano of Shasta.
