Recently naval forces of Argentina has published a number of documents revealing the details of high profile case involving the sighting of a UFO at necochea in 1962.

Local ufologist Guillermo giménez has investigated this case and found that within just 1962, and especially in July, August and September, around Necochea observed extremely high wave of UFO activity. The same wave swept through this region in 1965, 1967, 1968, 1972, 1978 and 1980. Witnesses reported the objects of different shapes and colors, some of UFOs flew and plunged into the Atlantic ocean.
