Initial data
Hospital staff Stellenbosch in the South African city of Cape town was afflicted with a mysterious event that took place here not long ago. In the beginning of the month, 61-year-old patient was temporarily transferred from here to Paarl hospital for urgent surgery on the abdominal cavity. After the operation the patient returned to Stellenbosch for recovery. October 5, one of the nurses was checked with a man in order, and went to get clean underwear.
Then one occasion and has taken an unexpected turn. When the nurse returned to the ward, the patient was no longer there. It's like he vanished into thin air. The management of health facilities, called the police, and law enforcement officers for a long time searched the building and surrounding area. However, even traces of the missing were found. And after 13 days there was something even more strange and sinister: the body of a man was suddenly discovered in the attic of the hospital.
Hospital employees do not have the slightest idea how this happened, since the room was securely closed, and could not the patient yourself to get in immediately after major surgery. Did he simply teleported to the attic? The circumstances under which the man quietly gained access to a locked room and died there without medical care, are currently being investigated by police and administrations of the hospital.
Local researcher of supernatural phenomena Samuel Nkemdilim shared with journalists his thoughts on the matter:
It all looks rather suspicious, I tell you. Many of these incidents that I study fall into the news and being discussed intensively in the blogosphere, but in such a small and little-known stories can be found most strange. Could this man somehow teleported from his room to the attic, or lightning, he ran there in a state of seriously ill person, almost "tied" to the bed in my infirmity after surgery? In world history you can find a few officially documented cases of spontaneous teleportation of people and objects, but direct evidence of that, unfortunately, no.
We add only that if you believe in the materialistic theory that does not allow teleportation, half-dead after surgery, the pensioner is not only lightning fast climbed to the attic, he somehow still managed to open the locked door, and again to close it (by the way, the key when it is not found). Unbelievable! But the more fantastic it seems the motive for such an act: for what, you ask? To die in pain without medical care?..

Deliberate falsification
This version includes any falsifications that imitate unexplained phenomena both from the outside: practical jokes, flash mobs, fake news, witness fraud, staging, etc.
There are many ways to make something similar to a ghost or a flying saucer from improvised materials, without using video and photomontage.
Many homemade things made for the sake of a joke, a practical joke or a direct imitation of a mystical being or event can be taken as unexplained not only in photos and videos, but also in reality.
