Paranormal researcher Joshua P. Warren, at his meeting with ufologists on February 16, 2018, presented photographs depicting mysterious events taking place on the island of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria.
After the devastating hurricane that hit the island on September 20, 2017, many strange objects were seen near secret government bases.
Investigator Ellis took this photo from a long distance at a government airstrip near the Cartagena Lagoon, known as the "UFO Lagoon" because of the objects that repeatedly appeared above the sea and underwater.
In the first photo, you can only see an ordinary plane with red wings, near which a white car is parked. A few seconds later, a strange cone-shaped object with blades located high above the body suddenly appeared on the left, behind the aircraft.
Many ufologists believe that this object is very similar to the UFO photo taken by Luis Aimata in the same area in 2012.
