The photo was taken a couple of weeks ago from the cafe of the hotel "King's Ransom Hotel" in Sedona, at about 9:11. I have to say I shot through a window (dark spots in the sky are traces of the Windows), but the room had no lights, so the likelihood that this was a reflection excluded.
