Initial data
2009 - this one's blurry, but pretty nice UFO was photographed by a resident of new York city July 4 to celebrate. An eyewitness immediately reported what they saw to "MUFON" - American organization for the study of UFOs.
This is not the first case when newcomers show interest in people during the celebrations and UFOs usually appear more often in historical dates, for example, a spate of UFO was recorded when Barack Obama became President.
The witness and photographer of this UFO noted that "for a couple of hours before the annual 4th of July fireworks in new York, I decided to film the surroundings and noticed a strange disk shape.
One UFO was above, and I photographed one that was below. I made a huge number of photographs, but only two of them are UFOs. The pictures were taken on my digital camera. This case is now being considered by the organization "MUFON" in new York."
We Express our gratitude to Ken Pfeiffer, researcher of "MUFON" in new Jersey and of the "MUFON" for this story.

Hypotheses
Re-reflections in lens lenses from a strong light source
The lens consists of a set of lenses (in some lenses - of mirrors), designed for mutual compensation of aberrations and assembled into a single system.
From the contour light (bright light sources behind the subject or next to it), caught in the frame or located outside the frame, parasitic reflections from the internal elements of the lens are formed, called glare (or in slang "hares").
Investigation
Based on the appearance of an object depicted in the portion of the picture is the glare from some light source (probably a flashlight). This is evident by the characteristic shape and color of the object. To confirm or refute this hypothesis can full version photos.
