Part of the Australian state of Queensland called Tropical North Queensland, has long informally recognized "hot spot" for UFOs. On may 10 there was noticed another strange object. It happened in the town of Mareeba on the Atherton Tablelands.

According to an eyewitness, the UFO was observed at the highway around 9 PM local time. At first the woman thought that the strange light is just a kind of flash or balloon, but then the object began to move sharply and strongly accelerated. Before she never seen.
