Radio broadcaster Frank Cooley of station KOIN, INS officers in the journal of the Portland Oregon Journal Building, Deputy Sheriff of Clark County Fred Krives, Deputy Clarence McKay, Sergeant John Sullivan, a police officer with the Portland police Department Kenneth A.
