It happened in July, but I found you just now and decided to write. It happened Thursday 26 July 2018 somewhere at 22:20.

That night I went home in a taxi. The taxi driver somehow took me through the County. We just turned from Moskovsky prospect to Antonov-Ovseenko (this is where the Regional hospital). And I quite clearly saw near the road a hazy, translucent figure of a man. I'm sure it's not a package or something like that.

A friend living in Podgornoye, in response to my story and said that he had heard from friends and neighbors, in that place I sometimes see a Ghost.
