Johanna, 30, was trying to take footage of a storm from her home in Buenos Aries, Argentina.
But she and her husband were left “frozen in fear” when they watched the footage back — because it seems to show a ghost.
A strange white-coloured apparition hovers in the shot, with tendrils trailing behind it.
Residents in the Floresta neighbourhood of the city were spooked when Johanna showed them the unexplained footage.And the local priest even called at her home and offered to give her a blessing after he heard about the video.
Johanna said: "When I looked towards the street I did not see anything. But, looking at my mobile phone, I was seeing a light that had a shape.
“I do not know what is it. I was shocked. My husband and I were frozen in fear.”
Johanna had been filming the storm to entertain her children and spookily, couldn’t see the ghoulish shape with her naked eye.She said: ”I usually film it when it hails to show my children, I never imagined something like this would appear, I don't really know what it is.
“I didn't see it with my eyes, only through my phone."
And she said that she still felt unsettled by the experience, adding: "I don't want to dwell on it, I was scared, it makes me feel bad."
Her video triggered debate after she shared it on Twitter where one user said: "It's really shocking", and another added: "It looks like a jellyfish."
