Initial data
One evening in February of 2019, a couple photographed a UFO, taking a selfie right next to the Eiffel tower.
Indications:
"Good morning, 16 February 2019, I was with my friend. At 11:00 PM we've done a few selfies close to a tower, like everyone else. I was doing some photos with a 10 second interval. In the picture we saw something strange behind us in the photo. We looked in the sky, but there was nothing. It was not a lamppost. And there was no Quad in the air. We can't know what it is, so I decided to send this photo to have it analyzed."

Original news
Hi, we was on 16 february 2019 in paris, france with my boyfriend at 23:00 pm and shooting some selfies by the eiffel tower, like everybody else. we make several pictures with interval of 10 seconds, 1 minute. in one off the picture we saw something strange behind us on the picture after we shoot it, so right away we start to look up in the sky, but it was nothing. the spot where we was standing in west side of the eiffel tower, was no streetlamp, we looked, was no drone in the air, just the moon witch you could see it clearly. And of course the lightening from the eiffel tower. the "thing" on that picture, what we captured with my phone put us a lot of questions, we cannot figured out what is that exactly, so i'm gonna send the picture for a better analyze.
Hypotheses
Re-reflections in lens lenses from a strong light source
The lens consists of a set of lenses (in some lenses - of mirrors), designed for mutual compensation of aberrations and assembled into a single system.
From the contour light (bright light sources behind the subject or next to it), caught in the frame or located outside the frame, parasitic reflections from the internal elements of the lens are formed, called glare (or in slang "hares").
Investigation
This object is very similar to the glare from the light in the frame. It is difficult to find out the exact location, but probably the place was kind of like this (one or durotomy) lantern, the form of which is repeated in the highlight:
