Le 15 décembre 2013, deux habitantes de la ville de Moulins, située dans le département de l’Allier (dans le centre de la France), ont surpris une étrange et inhabituelle lumière rouge qui se mouvait lentement dans le ciel hivernal.
Au départ de cette observation, l’OVNI lumineux ne faisait que planer le faisant ressembler à une simple lanterne chinoise. Seulement, alors qu’un avion arrivait sur son chemin, celui-ci a alors filé à une vitesse incroyable.

"La chose" paraissait très éloignée, mais on aurait dit qu'il y avait une sorte de plateforme qui tournait autour de la lumière. L’objet à filer dans le ciel et on ne l'a plus vu. »
